Running - Why everyone should do it



I just went for a run. Have you done your run today?? Get to know the benefits of running right now:

Either at the gym or down and up your own street, you should run. The benefits include potential weight loss, improved cardiovascular fitness, reduced total blood cholesterol, strengthening of bones (and potentially increased bone density), improved cardiovascular and respiratory health (reducing the risk of cardiovascular and respiratory diseases)an possible strengthening of the immune system and also an improved self-esteem and emotional state. 

I can guarantee to you that after you have run for a while, you will be in a better mood and maybe even sleep better that night. Another benefit you can take from running is that it slows your aging process. Who said you needed botox or plastic surgery to look younger?? 

Start taking care of your body while you can. Take care of your health and your soul will also be taken care of.

I use a playlist to go and run, some of the classics include Queen, Britney, BeyoncĂ©, Lady Gaga, Rihanna and of course some David Guetta along the way. But don't forget that the music that encourages you is the most likely to get you up and running.
