5 ''bad'' things that are actually good for your skin

Seemingly unhealthy foods and cosmetics that you might have avoided can actually have a beneficial effect for your skin. Here are five ''bad'' things that are actually good for your skin.

CHOCOLATE
It has been scientifically proven that chocolate soothes dry skin, stimulates circulation and increases resistance to sunlight - and all because of the rich content of antioxidants.

FRUIT JUICES
These juices are full of sugar and they have a really bad reputation, they are actually good for your skin because they have a high level of antioxidants (especially cranberry juice and pomegranate). However, hold on to one small glass a day. Don’t overreact.

OIL SKIN CLEANSERS
They are really useful for oily skin, especially if they contain oil emulsion, such as vitamin E and castor oil. Why? Because these oils break down and dissolve dirt and grease, and don’t dry out the skin, such as aggressive cleaning supplies.

FRIES
Well, this meal is not exactly beneficial for the skin, but contrary to popular belief, french fries (and other fatty foods) do not cause acne. Good to know!

SWEAT
Sweating is great for the skin, because it opens the pores, allows the expulsion of dirt and, in general, a proper function of the skin.
